Luisa is passionate about connecting with people. With a background in Adult Education, she has learned to listen to and help them identify their needs. She is very active in our community, working with people from all walks of life, whether professionally or as a volunteer. A mother of three adult children, she spends her free time traveling and writing novels and short stories.
